How it works

Learn it, prove it on the lot, get certified.

Each lesson is short enough for a slow hour. The next one only opens when the last one has been used for real with customers.

  1. Learn

26 video lessons, each with a check in the middle of the video and a 3-question quiz. Pass 2 of 3 to move on.

    • 26 video lessons
    • 3-question quiz
    • Short enough for a slow hour
  2. Prove

Reps first: about 26 branching scenarios in the Pay-Lane Simulator and a 10-second objection drill. Then every lesson ends in a real on-the-lot mission. The next lesson unlocks when the quiz is passed and a manager approves the mission.

    • Pay-Lane Simulator
    • Objection drill
    • On-the-lot missions
  3. Certify

A 20-question final exam. Score 80% to pass and get a certificate with its own ID number.

Also in the app: 500 two-minute daily practice items over 52 weekly themes (wrong answers come back a week later), value-math practice and 50+ flashcards, 24 power phrases and ready-made scripts, 12 badges, XP levels from Rookie to Legend and a training streak. Printables too: a pocket card, a coaching scorecard, a workbook and a role-play deck.

The work

The whole membership conversation, start to finish.

From the first hello in the pay lane to keeping a new member happy. Attendants get a 16-lesson path plus 4 optional seasonal lessons. Shift leads and managers get all 26, including 6 leadership lessons for managers.

The first hello

Reading the car and opening with a simple pitch to follow. Why memberships win, said in one breath before the driver reaches for a card.

The value math

Doing the math out loud, in the driver's own numbers. Power phrases and the two-cars-and-family pitch for when one plan is not the whole story.

"I'll think about it"

Handling objections without sounding like a script. Saves, declined cards and what to say when the answer is a soft no.

After the yes

Closing, upgrades and the five-star visit. Keeping new members so the sale stays sold, and seasonal pitches when the weather changes.

For managers

See who is ready, and who to coach first.

  • Team: everyone's progress, quiz scores, simulator results, practice in the last 7 and 30 days, approvals and PIN resets.
  • Coach: a 9-point live-pitch scorecard and the mission approval queue.
  • Pre-shift team screen: 5 cards, 5 minutes, before the shift starts. Nothing typed into it is kept.
  • Insights: the hardest lessons, simulator scores, who to coach first, and a leaderboard.
  • Tracking: by person, lesson and site, with 6 spreadsheet exports.
  • District: every site at once, a manager scorecard, and who needs attention.
  • Results: before, during and after training; trained vs untrained people; by site, by person and daily per site. You add daily membership numbers by uploading a simple spreadsheet.

What this is not

Three things owners worry about, answered up front.

Not a video library people forget.

The next lesson only opens when the last one has been used for real with customers and a manager has approved the mission.

Not an HR course.

No slides about policy. Every lesson is the words that get used at the pay station, written by someone who stood in it.

Not another app to install.

It runs in the browser on the phone or tablet your team already has. No download, no email, no password: a team link and a 4-digit PIN.

How it is priced

Set up per company. Priced on the call.

No plan grid here, because the right setup depends on how many sites you run and who manages them.

  1. Priced on the call. We go over cost on the demo call, based on how many sites you have. Nothing on this website is a quote.
  2. Set up per company. Your company name, sites, plans, prices, logo, colour and managers. There is no roster to type in: attendants sign themselves up from your team link and a manager approves them.
  3. One link, the right screens for each role. Attendants get the 16-lesson path plus 4 optional seasonal lessons, missions, the final exam and a certificate. Shift leads and managers get all 26 lessons; managers also get the dashboard for their site, district managers every site in their district, and the owner the company setup.
  4. No obligation. The demo runs on a demo team, not your data. Ask about setup, sites and roles on the call and decide after.
Getting in

Everything a new attendant needs fits on a sticky note.

One private team link for your whole company, and a PIN for each person. Nothing to download, no IT ticket, no password resets on a Saturday.

  • 1web address. Your company's private team link, the same one on every phone, tablet and the manager's desk.
  • 1PIN per person. Tap your name, type 4 digits, start training.
  • 0passwords or emails to remember. Nothing to forget, nothing to reset by email.
  • 0installs. Opens in the browser your team already has.
Who built this

Written in the pay lane, not in a software office.

Membership Mastery was built by a car wash attendant, not a software vendor. The lessons are the words that get used at the pay station: how to open, how to do the value math out loud, what to say to "I'll think about it", and how to thank a new member so they come back.

Membership Mastery was built by a car wash attendant who has personally sold more than 400 memberships in a single month. That figure is the owner's own count from the chain's register credit; not independently audited. No name and no photo here on purpose: the app is about your team, not ours.

One person, not an agency.

  • 26video lessons, each with a quiz and an on-the-lot mission
  • 4sites tried it for 2 weeks at a car wash chain with 20+ locations
  • 1private team link for your whole company, and a PIN per person
  • Short. Each lesson fits a slow hour; practice comes in two-minute bites.
  • Real. The next lesson opens only after the last one has been used with customers.
  • Plain. The words in the lessons are the words that get used at the pay station.
  • Honest. Two weeks and four stores is a reason to look, not proof, and this site says so.
  • Light. A team link and a PIN; nothing to install, no email, no password.
Tested on real pay lanes

Two weeks, four sites, one car wash chain with 20+ locations.

  • +1.6 to +2.0 ptsMembership capture at the 3 trial stores where staff did the lessons
  • +0.3 ptsThe chain's other stores, same two weeks
  • -1 ptThe one trial store where nobody did a lesson

All figures approximate. Two weeks, four stores, not a controlled study — a reason to look, not proof.
